What is the country of origin of this Philips? (Toestel of techniek)

It's a triple South-African set. Commercial specification, (partical) design and manufacture are all South African.

Firstly, (at least partial) design as indicated by the part number starting with ZP. Those letters are probably to be seen on the dial and one or more other parts as well. Then the model number with a V as the 'country' letter indicates that the commercial specification was also done by Philips South Africa. Lastly, the origin letters AT stamped on the chassis in front of what looks like the date of manufacture, indicate manufacture in the Martinsville factory.

P.S. The F in the model number stands for console/furniture or chassis intended for use in such, the Z is sometimes added most likely indicating a chassis without case that is to be sold to third parties or to be used for sub brands.
